If the boss are so-so, the man power they employ is worst than himself..

Job segregation in office is a lot to ask. My theory is, if the bosses themselves don't have a clue of who can do and what are their responsibilities, then, its all done...Mostly, everyone would go hair wire...instruction comes and goes, jobs not completed. Reason? The lack of knowledge and poor workforce management. I wonder why the management cant see thru the fact that, a talker, is always a talker. They talk, but don't walk the talk. If the management knows what she is doing and capable of, i don't even think that she can ever be promoted. But yeah...politics are the main power when even the very top has little knowledge in what they do. So they tend to keep under them, those people who are not that good, to make them look good. Getting what I just said? Check your boss. If he's OK with you outsmarting him, then, your in a correct organization for you to grow. ehehhee...

Sampai hari penunggu masa..

Sampai hari penunggu masa,
Keldai di bahu, besi waja,
Tatkala burung pulang ke sangkar,
Angin ribut datang menjengah,
Kalau bukan pungguk menunggu,
Tiada gunanya berenang ke hilir,

hah, cubalah pahamkan...aku yang tules pon tak paham2...sebenarnya, memula aku tules, sampai hari penunggu masa, tapi bila aku bukak balik kamus ilham dan puitik aku, itu macam terlalu extravaganza dan tersirat melampau...jadi aku tukar ke sampai hari menunggu masa. pastu bila baca balik, alamak, tak powerful plak...jadi, aku tibai balik penunggu masa. maaflah kalau ada maksud tersirat yang terlampau sangat...(itu pon kalau yang leh paham..hehehe)

Production Line design

Since I’ve detailed design this previously and i don’t know how much my previous company gained its profit thru this, so i guess no harm for me to just expose this pre-design drawing then. Hehehe..

 

What is this? This is how the production line for making fuel cells (FC) should look like..you know FC? Its hydrogen to electricity...cool isn’t it?

My favourite word is “test”. What name do you put for a file when its just for temp? "temporary"? too long...i prefer test.doc, test.jpg, test.dwg...and so on..
