If the boss are so-so, the man power they employ is worst than himself..

Job segregation in office is a lot to ask. My theory is, if the bosses themselves don't have a clue of who can do and what are their responsibilities, then, its all done...Mostly, everyone would go hair wire...instruction comes and goes, jobs not completed. Reason? The lack of knowledge and poor workforce management. I wonder why the management cant see thru the fact that, a talker, is always a talker. They talk, but don't walk the talk. If the management knows what she is doing and capable of, i don't even think that she can ever be promoted. But yeah...politics are the main power when even the very top has little knowledge in what they do. So they tend to keep under them, those people who are not that good, to make them look good. Getting what I just said? Check your boss. If he's OK with you outsmarting him, then, your in a correct organization for you to grow. ehehhee...
